Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1-10 business days. Once your order has been marked as 'shipped,' we are no longer able to make any changes to your shipping address or order. All of our orders are currently shipped via USPS.
Albeauty Shop INC guarantees the delivery of products to the address provided at the time of purchase. If the customer fails to provide the correct address at the time of purchase, Albeauty Shop INC will not be held liable or require to issue a refund for lost packages. Please make sure you enter the correct address before hitting 'complete order'.
If your package is returned to us, Albeauty Shop INC will contact you to set up a re-delivery. Additional shipping & handling costs may be required.
If your package has been marked 'DELIVERED,' we do not issue refunds for any 'DELIVERED' packages.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on opened or used products.
If you receive your products damaged and/or are missing any products in your order, please be sure to email info@albeautyshop.com within 5-7 days of delivery. We do not provide returns/exchanges beyond 5-7 days. If you received the wrong item(s), please email us.
